Blueberries Smoothie

Blueberries Smoothie

Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Serves: 3


1 cup chopped blueberries

2 cup curd

1 cup water

Ice cubes

8-10 mint leaves

4 teaspoon honey/sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder (optional)


Take all the ingredients except mint leaves and water and blend it well. Add water, 4-5 mint leaves and blend it again.

Garnish it with mint leaves and serve it immediately.

I added cumin powder as I prefer slightly salty rather than sweet curd. You can skip if you like it sweet.
