Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Cooking Time: 10 minutes

Serves: 3


4 glass of water

1/2 cup grated ginger

1/4 cup sugar

3 lemon wedges

6-8 basil leaves

1 teaspoon black salt

Ice cubes


Take a pan and add water and ginger. Boil it till it is almost 1/2. Add sugar and boil it till sugar dissolves. Strain it and let it cool completely.

For serving - Take three glasses, fill 1/4 glass with ice cubes, 1/4 glass ginger syrup, 1/4 teaspoon black salt, lemon wedges, basil leaves and fill it with water.

Stir it and serve it.

You can store remaining ginger syrup in a bottle and use it as per the requirement.
