Preparation Time: 10 minutes
4 glass of water
10-12 hibiscus flowers
4 tablespoon sugar/honey
1 teaspoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon black salt
10-12 mint leaves
Take a pan and boil water. Switch off the gas.
Take a bowl. Put hibiscus flowers in it. Use only petals (remove the stamen) and pour boiling water on the flowers. Leave it for about 8-10 minutes.
Take out the flowers from the water and add lemon juice. This will make the colour bright. Add sugar, black salt and mix it well. Strain the tea.
Take 5 glasses. Add ice cubes, mint leaves (cut with hands) and pour the tea over it. Serve it chilled.
Note: You can use dried hibiscus flowers also.
