![]() Preparation Time: 10 minutes Serves: 5 Ingredients 4 glass of water 10-12 hibiscus flowers 4 tablespoon sugar/honey 1 teaspoon lemon juice ½ teaspoon black salt Ice-cubes 10-12 mint leaves Method Take a pan and boil water. Switch off the gas. Take a bowl. Put hibiscus flowers in it. Use only petals (remove the stamen) and pour boiling water on the flowers. Leave it for about 8-10 minutes. Take out the flowers from the water and add lemon juice. This will make the colour bright. Add sugar, black salt and mix it well. Strain the tea. Take 5 glasses. Add ice cubes, mint leaves (cut with hands) and pour the tea over it. Serve it chilled.
