Preparation Time: 20 minutes

Serves: 4

Ingredients

2 tablespoon chia seeds/takmaria/sabja seeds

6 tablespoon lime syrup/lemon juice

1 teaspoon black salt

2 teaspoon honey

8-10 mint leaves

3 glasses of cold water

Ice cubes

 

Method

Take a glass of water and soak sabja seeds for 15 minutes.

Take a bowl. Add 2 glasses of water, lime syrup, honey, black salt and blend it well. Take 4 glasses. Add ice cubes, mint leaves, soaked sabja equally into 4 glasses and pour lime mixture.

Serve it immediately.
