Raw Mango Delight
Preparation Time: 20 minutes
1 cup chopped raw mangoes
1 cup jaggary/gud
1 teaspoon roasted cumin seeds
1 tablespoon black salt
!/4 teaspoon ground black pepper(optional)
Mint leaves for garnishing
Peel the skin of the mangoes and chopped it roughly. Add 1 glass of water and pressure cook it for 2 whistles. Let it cool.
Add jaggery, cumin seeds, black salt, pepper and blend it. Add 3 glasses of water, mix it and strain it.
Take the glasses. Add ice cubes, mint leaves and pour the juice and serve it chilled.
