Method Soak moong dal for 30 minutes in water. Pressure cook soaked moong dal for 2 whistles in 3 glass of water. Add ginger piece while boiling. Let it cool slightly. Blend it finely with a blender. Take a pan and heat butter. Add chopped French beans, salt, pepper and sauté it for about 3-4 minutes. . Add moong dal, paprika, lemon juice and cook it for 8-10 minutes. Serve it hot with rice or paratha. |
