1 cup boiled rajma

½ cup finely chopped spring onions


1 teaspoon ground black pepper

1/2 teaspoon oregano (optional)

1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

½ teaspoon butter



Add 2 glasses of water to boiled rajma and blend it properly in the mixture.

Take butter in the pan. Add spring onions and sauté it for 3-4 minutes. Add rajma mix, salt, pepper, oregano, lemon juice and let it simmer for about 5-7 minutes on a medium flame.

Garnish it with spring onions and serve it hot.
