Cabbage Chutney

Cabbage Chutney

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Serves: 3


2 cup chopped cabbage

¼ cup chopped coriander leaves

4-5 chopped green chillies

3-4 cloves of garlic

1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder

2 teaspoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon sugar (optional)



Take all the ingredients and blend it well. Add water as per the need.

Serve it immediately with pakoras, fritters or any Indian bread.

You can store for 3-4 days in an air-tight container in the refrigerator.
