Mint-Garlic Dip

Mint-Garlic Dip

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Cooking Time: 10 minutes

Serves: 4


6 slices of bread (slightly dried)

1 cup mint leaves

15 cloves of garlic

3 teaspoon olive oil

2 teaspoon oregano

1 teaspoon ground black pepper




Take slices of bread and slightly dip into the water and take it out. Add mint leaves, salt, pepper, oregano, garlic, olive oil and blend it into the mixer. Add water as per the need. Do not put too much water as the consistency should be thick.

Serve it with any sticks, bread or fritters.

You can store it in the refrigerator for 4-5 days.
