Raw Mango Sweet Chutney

Cooking Time: 5-7 minutes

Serves: 3


2 cup chopped raw mango

1 cup chopped jaggery

2 teaspoon red chilly powder

1 teaspoon coriander powder


A pinch of asafoetida

1 teaspoon oil


Peel raw mango and finely chop it.

Take a pan and heat oil. Add mangoes, salt and sauté it for about 3-4 minutes. Add red chilly powder, coriander powder, 2 teaspoon of water and jaggery and mix it well. Cook it for about 2-3 minutes.

Serve it with any bread. You can store it for 10-12 days in refrigerator.
