Method Take red chillies, take out the seeds and make small pieces. Add cumin seeds, salt and mix it in the mixture to make the paste. Take sugar in a pan and add ¼ cup of water and boil it to make sugar syrup. When sugar dissolves add red chilly paste and boil it till it thickens. Take it down from the gas stove and let it cool. Serve this chutney with any rotis and parathas. You can store it in the refrigerator in an air tight container. |
