Roasted Split Gram Chutney

Roasted Split Gram Chutney
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Serves: 3

1 cup roasted split gram (daliya)
1/2 cup curd
3 green chillies
1 teaspoon oil
1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
4-5 curry leaves

Take roasted split gram, green chillies, salt and blend it well in a mixture. Add curd.
Take a pan and heat oil. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves and stir it for 2-3 times. Pour it on the chutney.
Serve it with fritters, idlis or parathas.
