Fenugreek-Mustard Powder Masala

Fenugreek-Mustard Masala/Pickle Masala

Preparation Time: 10 minutes


5 teaspoon mustard seeds powder (coarsely grounded)/rai kuria

2 teaspoon fenugreek powder (coarsely grounded)/methi kuria

4 tablespoon red chilly powder

½ teaspoon turmeric powder


4 tablespoon oil



Take oil and warm it. Let it cool. Do not use hot oil in masala.

Take a bowl, add mustard powder, fenugreek powder, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, salt and mix it well. Add oil and mix it well. You get these powders ready in the market.

You can use this as and when needed. You can add chopped vegetables to this masala and use it as a side dish after two days.
