![]() Preparation Time: 5 minutes Cooking Time: 10-15 minutes Serves: 3 Ingredients 1 cup sesame seeds 4 tablespoon vegetable or olive oil Method Dry roast sesame seeds in microwave or on the gas stove. Roast it on medium flame. Do not let it brown. Let it cool. Blend sesame seeds in a blender. Add oil and blend it to make the paste. Add more oil if needed. The paste will be slightly coarse. It should be of the pouring thick consistency. Store it in an air-tight container. You can use it in hummus or baba ghanoush as per the need.
