![]() Preparation Time: 15 minutes Makes 1 cup Ingredients 1 cup dry coconut powder 10-15 garlic cloves 1/2 cup sesame seeds 2 teaspoon roasted peanuts 2 tablespoon red chilly powder 1 teaspoon coriander powder Salt 2 teaspoon oil Method Take a pan and dry roast coconut powder and sesame seeds on a low flame, make sure it does not burn. Keep aside. Take a pan, add one teaspoon oil and roast garlic till it is light brown. Keep aside. Let it cool for about 4-5 minutes. Take all the ingredients and grind it to the coarse powder. Use it as per the need. You can store it for 15-20 days in an airtight container. Adjust the amount of garlic and chilly powder as per your taste. |
