Apple Green Raita

Apple Green Raita(Yogurt Dip)

Preparation Time: 10-15 minutes

Serves: 2 person


Ingredients

1 cup curd/yogurt

1 apple

3 tablespoon green chutney

½ teaspoon black salt

½ teaspoon chaat masala

½ teaspoon ground black pepper

1 teaspoon sugar

½ teaspoon salt

 

Method

Finely chop apples. Take a bowl and pour curd into it. Add apple pieces, green chutney, black salt, chaat masala, pepper, sugar and salt and mix it well.

Put in the refrigerator for 20-25 minutes. Serve it chilled.
