Blueberries-Sprouts Salad

Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Serves: 3

Ingredients

1 cup moong sprouts

1 cup chopped Indian blueberries

1/2 cup finely chopped tomatoes

1/6 cup mint leaves

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon chaat masala

Salt

 

Method

Remove seeds and chop blueberries.

Take a bowl. Add sprouts, blueberries, tomatoes, mint leaves and mix it well. 

Add salt, chaat masala, lemon juice and mix it well.

Serve it at room temperature or chill it before serving.
