Boondi-Capsicum Raita(Yogurt Dip)

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Serves: 3


Ingredients

2 cup curd/yogurt

1 cup boondi (Bengal gram boondi/balls)

½ cup finely chopped capsicum/green bell pepper

2 teaspoon mustard seeds powder

2 teaspoon sugar

Salt

 

Method

Take curd in a bowl. Add boondi, capsicum, mustard seeds powder, sugar, salt and mix it well.

Serve it immediately.
