Method Take a bowl. Add carrots, dates, capsicum. Take another bowl. Add salt, vinegar, oregano, olive oil and mix it well. You can even use lemon juice instead of vinegar. Add this dressing to the salad. Keep it for 10-15 minutes so that dressing is mixed properly with the salad. Serve it cool or at room temperature. |
