Carrot Raita

Carrot Raita

Preparation Time: 10-15 minutes

Serves: 3 person


1 cup thick curd/yogurt

11/2 cup grated carrots

2 teaspoon sugar

1 teaspoon roasted cumin seeds powder



Take a bowl and add curd and grated carrots. Add sugar, cumin powder, salt and mix it well.

Put it in the refrigerator to make it cold. Take it out at the time of serving.

You can even add green chillies if you like it.
