Chickpeas Salad

Chickpeas Salad

Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Serves: 3


2 cup boiled chickpeas (red)

6-7 mint leaves

1 cup finely chopped tomatoes

½  cup finely chopped spring onions

½ lemon

½ teaspoon ground black pepper




Soak chickpeas for about 7-8 hours or 3-4 hours in a warm water. Pressure cook for 5 whistles. Drain the water.

Take a bowl. Chop mint leaves. Add chickpeas, tomatoes, spring onions, mint leaves, lemon juice, pepper, salt and mix it well.

To serve it cold, put it in the refrigerator, or serve it at room temperature.
