Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Serves: 4

Ingredients

1 cup shredded cabbage

1 cup grated carrots

1/2 cup finely chopped spring onions (optinal)


For eggless mayonnaise

1 cup hung curd

1/2 cup cheese

2 tablespoon butter/oil

Salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1 teaspoon mustard powder

3 teaspoon sugar


Method

To make mayonnaise - Take a bowl. Add all the ingredients and whisk it well. Keep it in the refrigerator for about 1-2 hours. Use it as per the need. You can store it for 2-3 days.

To make coleslaw - Take a bowl. Add cabbage, carrots, spring onions, 3 tablespoon of mayonnaise and mix it well. Keep it in the refrigerator for about 30-40 minutes.

Use it with parathas, wraps, breads and sandwiches.

Note: Use mayonnaise as per you liking.
