Grilled Bottlegourd Raita

Grilled Bottlegourd Raita

2 cup thick curd/yogurt

1 cup finely chopped bottle gourd

1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder

½ teaspoon red chilly powder

1 teaspoon olive oil


Mint leaves for garnishing


Take a bowl. Add bottle gourd, salt, red chilly powder, olive oil and mix it well.

Take a baking tray. Spread bottle gourd on the tray grill it for 7-8 minutes till it becomes slight crispy. Let it cool.

Till then take a bowl, add curd, salt, cumin powder and mix it well. (Be careful as there is salt in bottle gourd also.) Add bottle gourd in curd and mix it well.

Garnish it with mint leaves.

Keep it in the refrigerator and serve it cool.
