Serves: 3


1 cup potato wedges

1 cup tomato wedges

1/2 cup brinjal wedges

1 cup cucumber wedges

2 teaspoon olive oil

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

2 teaspoon oregano


Mint leaves for garnishing


Take a microwave proof dish. Add all the vegetables, salt pepper, olive oil, mix it and grill it for 10-12 minutes, till it is slightly crispy.

Sprinkle oregano and garnish it with mint leaves. (If you like you can grill it again for 2-3 minutes.)

Serve it immediately.
