Mix Pulses Salad Preparation Time: 20 minutes Serves: 4 Ingredients ½ cup boiled rajma (red kidney beans) ½ cup boiled moong ½ cup boiled chana (red chickpeas) 2 big tomatoes 1 onion 3 teaspoon coriander leaves Salt ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper ¼ teaspoon black salt 1 lemon Coriander leaves for garnishing
Method Boil all the pulses separately as each one takes different time to cook. Finely chop tomatoes and onion. Take a bowl. Mix all the ingredients and put it in the refrigerator for around 30 minutes. Garnish it with coriander leaves. Serve it cold. |
