Paneer-Vegetable Salad

Paneer-Vegetable Salad

Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Serves: 4


1 cup paneer/cottage cheese

½ cup coarsely grinded roasted peanuts

4-5 finely chopped green chillies

1 cup finely chopped spring onions

3 finely chopped tomatoes

½ cup finely shredded cabbage

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

½ lemon




Take paneer in a bowl. Mash it with hands. Add peanuts, green chillies, spring onions, tomatoes, cabbage, lemon juice, salt, pepper and mix it well.

Put it in the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes. Serve it chilled with bread, toast, roti or paratha.
