Method Take a bowl. Add papaya, potatoes, cucumber, capsicum and mint leaves (cut with hand). Take a bowl. Add salt, pepper, lemon juice and mix it. Add it to salad and mix it well. Serve immediately or keep it in the refrigerator and serve it chilled.
