Radish-Spinach Salad

Radish-Spinach Salad

Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Serves: 3


2 medium size radishes

1 cup chopped spinach

2 medium potatoes

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

¼ teaspoon of sugar (optional)

1 teaspoon of olive oil

½ lemon



Make 1 cm thick slices of potato. Peeling the skin is optional. Add salt, ½ teaspoon of pepper, ½ teaspoon of olive oil and mix it well. Grill the potatoes on both the sides of 3 minutes each.

Till the potatoes are grilled, cut 1 cm thick julienne of radish. Chop spinach.

Take a bowl. Add radish, spinach, salt, lemon juice remaining pepper and olive oil and mix it well. Add grilled potatoes and mix it.

Serve it immediately.
