Raw Papaya Salad

Raw Papaya Salad

Preparation Time: 20 minutes

Serves: 3


Ingredients

1 cup thinly sliced raw papaya

1 1/2 cup sliced tomatoes

1/2 cup chopped yellow bell pepper/capsicum

1/4 cup coriander leaves/cilantro

1 lemon

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Salt

 

Method

Take a bowl. Take raw papaya, add salt, pepper, lemon juice and keep it for about 15 minutes so that it is slightly marinated. After 15 minutes add tomatoes, capsicum, coriander and mix it well.

Keep it in the refrigerator if you want to serve it cool otherwise, serve it immediately.
