Soaking Time: 8 hours

Cooking Time: 30 minutes

Serves: 4


3 cup cooked basmati rice

1 cup boiled rajma

1 cup finely chopped tomatoes

1/2 cup finely chopped cucumber

1 cup finely chopped spring onions

1/2 cup finely chopped capsicum

1/2 cup finely shredded cabbage

2 tablespoon finely chopped coriander

2 teaspoon lemon juice

1 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

2 teaspoon oregano

2 teaspoon olive oil

Salt to taste



Take a bowl. Add all the ingredients except rice and mix it well. Add rice and mix it again.

Serve immediately.
