Split Bengal Gram Salad

Split Bengal Gram Salad

Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Soaking Time: 5-6 hours

Serves: 4


1 ½ cup Bengal gram

1 cup finely chopped tomatoes

½ cup finely chopped capsicum/green bell peppers

¼ cup finely chopped mint leaves

¼ cup pomegranate seeds

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

2 teaspoon lemon juice/vinegar

2 teaspoon olive oil




Soak Bengal gram in water for 5-6 hours. Drain water and keep it aside.

Take a bowl. Add all other ingredients and mix it well. Add Bengal gram and mix it well.

Serve it immediately.
