Split Yellow Gram Salad (Green Gram) Preparation Time: 15 minutes Soaking Time: 4 hours Serves: 4 Ingredients 1 cup split yellow gram(green gram) 1 cup finely chopped tomatoes ½ cup finely chopped onions ½ cup finely chopped capsicum/green bell peppers 1 tablespoon finely chopped basil leaves 1 teaspoon chaat masala 1 teaspoon ground black pepper 2 teaspoon olive oil 2 teaspoon lemon juice/vinegar Salt
Method Soak yellow gram in water for about 4 hours. Drain water and keep it aside. Take a bowl. Add all other ingredients and mix it well. Add yellow gram and mix it well. Serve it immediately. |
