Sprouts-Spinach Raita

Sprouts-Spinach Raita

Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Serves: 3


1 cup moong sprouts

1 cup finely chopped cucumber

1/2 cup finely chopped spinach

2 cup curd

1 teaspoon chaat masala

1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder



Take a bowl. Add curd and whisk it properly. Add salt, chaat masala, cumin powder and mix it well. Add sprouts, cucumber, spinach and mix it again.

Serve it immediately or chill it and serve.
