Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Serves: 3


½ cup finely chopped cucumber

¼ cup finely chopped carrot

½ cup finely chopped tomatoes

1 teaspoon mustard seeds powder

¼ cup coriander leaves

1 cup thick curd/yogurt


2 teaspoon roasted cumin seeds powder

½ teaspoon ground black pepper

½ teaspoon black salt



Take a bowl. Add all the ingredients and mix it well. Put it in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.

Serve it cold.
