Watermelon-Vegetable Salad

Watermelon-Vegetable Salad

Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Serves: 4


2 cup chopped watermelon 

1 cup chopped cucumber 

1 cup chopped yellow bell pepper/capsicum

1/4 cup pomegranate seeds

2 tablespoon coriander leaves/cilantro

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon oregano(optional)

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon olive oil




Mix all the fruits and vegetables. Add salt, pepper, oregano , lemon juice, olive oil and mix it well.

Put it in the refrigerator for 20-25 minutes and serve it cold.
