Method Take maida, add cheese, salt, pepper, oil and knead dough. Make four equal balls. Roll the roti of about 9-10 diameter. Make thin strips of about 1 cm broad. Cut the sides of the roti so that you get straight strips. Cut the long strips into half. Take kadai and heat oil. Deep fry sticks on a medium flame till it turns light brown. Keeo it on the paper towel to drain excess oil. Let it cool. You can store in an air-tight container for 10-12 days.
Mint-Garlic Dip Preparation Time: 10 minutes Cooking Time: 10 minutes Serves: 4 Ingredients 6 slices of bread (slightly dried) 1 cup mint leaves 15 cloves of garlic 3 teaspoon olive oil 2 teaspoon oregano 1 teaspoon pepper Salt
