![]() Preparation Time: 10 minutes Cooking Time: 15 minutes Serves: 3 Ingredients 1 cup paneer cubes/cottage cheese 1 cup capsicum/bell pepper cubes 1 cup finely chopped onions 1 teaspoon finely chopped green chilies 5 teaspoon cornflour 1 teaspoon soy sauce 1 teaspoon red chili sauce 1 teaspoon garlic paste 1/2 teaspoon ginger paste 1/4 teaspoon sugar 1 teaspoon ground black pepper Salt 4 tablespoon oil Method Take a bowl. Add 3 teaspoon cornflour, salt, black pepper, water and make a thick batter. Take a wok/kadai and heat oil. Add paneer cubes in the batter and coat it with the batter. Deep fry cubes and keep it on the absorbent paper to remove excess oil. Heat the same oil. Add ginger and garlic paste and stir it 2-3 times. Add onions and saute it for a minute. Add green chilies, capsicum and saute it for about 2-3 minutes. Take a bowl. Take 3-4 tablespoon of water and add remaining cornflour. Add salt, sugar, soy sauce, red chili sauce, black pepper and mix it well. Add this to the wok and mix it well. Cook it till it starts to thicken. Add paneer cubes and mix it well. Let it cook for about a minute. Serve it immediately. |
