Add rice flour, soya sauce, pepper, red chilly powder, black salt, salt, oil and knead soft dough. Add 1 teaspoon of oil and grease the dough. Take a pan and heat oil. Take a gathiya maker, choose your mould and fill it up with the dough. Hold it on the pan and drop the sticks in the oil. Deep fry till it turns crispy. Take it out and put it on the paper napkin to drain the oil. Sprinkle the mixture and mix it well. Let it cool completely. Store it in an airtight container. |
