Method Cut the capsicum from the top. Take out all the seeds from inside. Grease the capsicums with olive oil, sprinkle salt and pepper. Take rice in a bowl. Add green chillies, ginger-garlic paste, salt, lemon juice and mix it well. Divide into two portions. Stuff it into the capsicum. Grill it in the microwave at 300 degree for 7-8 minutes.
