Stuffed Guavas

Stuffed Guavas

Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Cooking Time: 10 minutes


8 guavas

½ cup finely chopped onions

½ cup finely chopped tomatoes

½ cup finely chopped capsicum/green bell pepper

½ teaspoon garlic paste

1 teaspoon ground black pepper


2 tablespoon olive oil



Cut the top of all the guavas. Make two slits but do not cut till the end. Grease all the guavas with olive oil, sprinkle salt and pepper.

Take a bowl, add onions, tomatoes, capsicum, salt, pepper, garlic paste and mix it well.

Stuff this mixture into all the guavas.

Grill it in the microwave at 300 degree for 10 minutes.

Serve it hot.
