Banana Pudding(Eggless)

Banana Pudding(Eggless)

Serves: 3


1 cup mashed banana

1 ½  cup milk

3 tablespoon corn flour

½ cup castor sugar/powdered sugar

1 teaspoon cardamom powder

½  teaspoon cinnamon powder

3 tablespoon chocolate sauce

3 tablespoon honey



Take ½ cup milk and mix corn flour.  Take remaining 1 cup milk and boil it. Add ½ cup corn flour mix and stir it continuously to avoid lumps. Cook it till it thickens.  Add sugar, cardamom powder and mix it well. Switch off the heat. Add this mixture to banana pulp. Add cinnamon powder. Mix it well.

Pour the mixture in three cups/bowls. Preheat oven and bake it in microwave for 10 minutes. Put the cups/bowls in the tray filled with water.

Let it cool. Either you can serve hot or put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour and serve it.

Pour chocolate sauce and honey before serving. You can have other options also. Generally, it is served in the bowl in which it is baked, you can use that cup/bowl for serving or transfer into another one and serve.
