Preparation Time: 20 minutes Cooking Time: 20 minutes Makes 6 cakes Ingredients 6 Marie biscuits 1 cup maida/all purpose flour ½ cup milk ½ cup castor sugar/powdered sugar 1 teaspoon baking powder ½ teaspoon soda 3 teaspoon butter
For chocolate sauce 2 tablespoon chocolate powder 2 tablespoon cocoa powder 2 tablespoon castor sugar 2 -3 tablespoon milk
Method Mix chocolate powder, cocoa powder, sugar, milk and make chocolate sauce. For cake – Mix all the dry ingredients properly. Add butter and mix it well. Pour milk and stir it continuously with the spoon to avoid lumps. Stir it continuously on one side to make it fluffy. This will make the cake spongy. Take six cups and grease it will butter/ghee. Sprinkle some flour so that cake will not stick to it. Pour about 2 teaspoon batter in all the cups. Take one biscuit, deep it in the chocolate sauce and put one in each cup. Again pour the remaining batter in all the cups. Preheat over and bake it on 180 degree C for 15 minutes. Check it by inserting knife, if it comes out clean then it is ready. Take it out and let it cool. Invert the cups on the plate and tap it to remove the cakes. |
