2 cup paneer

1 cup khoya

1 teaspoon cardamom powder

5 tablespoon castor sugar

10-12 pistachios



Take paneer, khoya and castor sugar and mix it well with a blender. Add cardamom powder and mix it well till it becomes like a dough.

Now either take moulds and put 1-2 pistachio and put mix and press it with hands or make balls with hands and put 1-2 pistachio in the centre. Put it in the refrigerator to make it cold.

Serve it cold. Keep it in the refrigerator till you use it.
