Ingredients 3 cup poha 1 cup makai poha 1 cup peanuts 1 cup moong 3 papad (papadums) 2 tablespoon castor sugar 2 teaspoon red chilly powder ½ cup raisins ½ cup cashew nuts(half cut) Salt Oil for frying
Method Soak moong for about 7-8 hours. Drain out water and pat it dry. Take kadai/frying pan and heat oil. Deep fry poha, makai poha, peanuts, moong, papad one by one. Make very small pieces of papad. Deep fry raisins and cashew nuts. Mix all the fried ingredients. Add salt, sugar, red chilly powder and mix it well. Let it cool. Store it in the air tight container and use it whenever you like it. |
