Method Take a pan and heat ghee. Add besan and roast it till it turns brown. Add cardamom powder and mix it well. Switch off the gas stove and let the mixture cool it slightly. Add powdered sugar and mix it well. Add sugar and mix it again. Make small portions and roll into ladoos. Let it cool properly and store it in an air tight container. |
