Rajghara Dosa (Amaranth flour pancake or crepe)

Rajghara Dosa (Amaranth flour pancake or crepe)

Preparation Time: 5 minutes

Cooking Time: 20 minutes

Serves: 3

Ingredients

1 ½ cup rajghara (amaranth flour)

½ cup tapkir (arrowroot)

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Salt

Oil

For curd-green chutney

2 cup curd

4 tablespoon green chutney

4 tablespoon coconut powder

½ teaspoon cumin seeds

Salt

6-7 curry leaves

 

Method

Take a bowl. Add rajghara, tapkir, pepper, salt, water and mix it well to make thin batter.

Take a non-stick pan, add few drops of oil, add two tablespoon of batter and spread it evenly. Cook it on both the sides till it turns light brown.

For chutney – Take a pan and heat 1 tablespoon of oil. Add cumin seeds, curry leaves and green chutney and stir it for 2-3 times. Switch off the gas stove. Add coconut powder, salt, curd and mix it well.

Keep it In the refrigerator to make it chilled.

Serve it immediately with curd-green chutney.
