Method Wash sweet potato and slice it diagonally. Spread it on the cloth or paper napkin to make it dry. Take a frying pan and heat oil. Deep fry chips in batches till it turns light brown and crispy. Drain the oil and put it on paper napkin to remove access oil. Put it in the bowl and sprinkle salt, pepper and toss it properly. Serve it with pomegranate dip. Method Take a bowl Add all the above mentioned ingredients and mix it well. Put it in the refrigerator to cool it for about 15-20 minutes. Serve it with any fritters, chips or paratha. |
