Sweet Potato Chips with Pomegranate Dip

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Cooking Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients

4 big sweet potatoes

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Salt

Oil for frying

 

Method

Wash sweet potato and slice it diagonally. Spread it on the cloth or paper napkin to make it dry.

Take a frying pan and heat oil. Deep fry chips in batches till it turns light brown and crispy. Drain the oil and put it on paper napkin to remove access oil.

Put it in the bowl and sprinkle salt, pepper and toss it properly.

Serve it with pomegranate dip.



Pomegranate Dip

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Serves: 4


Ingredients

3 cup curd/yogurt

1 cup pomegranate kennels

1/4 cup finely chopped capsicum/green bell pepper

1/4 cup finely chopped coriander leaves

1 teaspoon roasted cumin seeds powder

2 teaspoon sugar

Salt

 

Method

Take a bowl Add all the above mentioned ingredients and mix it well.

Put it in the refrigerator to cool it for about 15-20 minutes.

Serve it with any fritters, chips or paratha.
