Strawberry Pannacotta

Strawberry Pannacotta

Preparation Time: 20 minutes

Setting Time: 5 hours


½ tablespoon gelatin powder

200 ml whipping cream

200 ml milk

50 gm sugar

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

1 cup strawberry

3 tablespoon sugar

Chocolate chips for garnishing


Take a cup Add gelatin powder, 3 tablespoon and let is swell about 5 to 10 minutes.

Meanwhile take 200ml whipping cream in one pan, add 200ml of milk, 50gm sugar, bring it to simmer until sugar dissolves. Do not boil. Add 1 tbs vanilla extract, let it cool before adding gelatine in it.

Once gelatine added, take a glass and keep glass tilted and pour in it and leave it in fridge for 4 hours to set.

Take pan add strawberry in it. Add 4 tbs of water and 3 spoon sugar and heat it until strawberry is soft. Then strain it. Keep in fridge until its cool.

Add in glass and sprinkle some chocolate chips and serve it.
