2 cup wheat flour
1 cup par-boiled vegetables
4-5 pepper corns
½ cup capsicum
Take wheat flour. Add salt and oil and prepare 3 bhakris. It should be thick and crispy.
Cut onions and tomatoes and grind it.
Cut capsicum into small pieces.
Take a kadai and put onion-tomato paste to heat it. Add salt and pepper corns and let it simmer till it is thick and water is burnt. Let it cool. Take out the pepper corns. You can add red chilly powder if you like spicy. Your sauce is ready. Add vegetables to the sauce.
Take one bhakri, apply tomato sauce, sprinkle cheese and capsicum pieces and put in the microwave oven for about 5 minutes and grill it. Serve it hot.
Children love pizzas and this is the best way to give them vegetables if they don’t eat usually.
