Method Take a pan and heat ghee. Add makhana and roast it on low flame for about 5-8 minutes till it is crispy. Take a bowl. Add chickpeas, potatoes, tomatoes, onions, chat masala, black salt, jal jeera, cumin powder, salt and mix it well. For serving - put chickpeas mixture, about 2 tablespoon of makhanas, 1 teaspoon green chutney, 1 teaspoon tamarind chutney, sprinkle sev and serve it immediately.
